    Perfect! This workshop is designed for all levels. Everything will be explained clearly with practical applications.
  • Do I need to be flexible or experienced with qigong?
    Not at all. All movements are gentle and accessible to every body and fitness level.
  • What should I wear?
    Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in. We'll be sitting, standing, and doing gentle movements.
  • Will there be recordings?
    Yes, this is a live experience that will be recorded for those who just can't make that time/date. The recording will be at a higher price point, so please try your best to come in person!
  • Can I bring a friend?
    Yes! Each person needs their own ticket, but we encourage you to come together.
